OMG! Circle Seven has done it again with its plethera of fabulousness!!! Stacy and Guy Davies of Holland and Holland are there for a trunk showing today. I was in outdoor heaven browsing through the yummy scarves , jackets, hats and blankets when- in walks Holland and Holland Sporting weapons! They have beautiful clothing as well. Nothing cuter than these knitted hats and scarves. Taking a hard hat off always seems to create a problem but these knitted hats and head bands do the trick- not to mention they help keep us warm in this freezing horseshow weather! Love these yummy colored yarns!

Such a simple little thing as a cotton boll - without it we would not have those cute long sleeve tees to layer and wear with our riding breeches. Mississippi cotton stands for different things to different people. Maybe one just sees beauty while another sees pain and shame. I see all of it and I see home.
                     

Warm Weather snaps here in Mississippi can make for great ride days and this is just the cutest breeches ever! Purple! Love it!.She is adorable. Snow is coming Monday and I bet she can find just the right jacket to wear with these cute breeches!! Cant wait to see her at the show! Cold Baby Cold! In light of the upcoming December Show in Canton I thought I would share some pics from the past. Yikes- I hope and pray it warms up! Either way ~~ get your smile on!

What a great smile!

                      Easiest-- One Pot Smokey Sausage Pasta EVER------- And SO GOOD!

1 Tblsp olive oil
1 lb  Smokey Hollow Sausage
1 cup diced onions
1 Tblsp of minced garlic
2 Cups chicken broth
1- 10 oz can of Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup of heavy cream
8 oz bowtie pasta
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese


Slice the sausage and brown in the olive oil with onions unitl lightly brown. Add the garlic and stir for a minute. Add the chicken broth , diced onions, cream , tomato sauce and pasta and bring to a boil , reduce heat to low - cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until pasta is fork tender but still al dente. Stir in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and stir and let simmer one minute. Turn off heat and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over and cover for five minutes. Serve !  SOOO easy !!! and YUM dinner before the big Thanksgiving cooking begins! Huge Hit with  ALL!
