Hot Chocolate Time!!


There is Homemade Instant Hot Chocolate and then there is Show Pony Hot Chocolate and let me tell you.. Either is way easy and great- but the Show Pony is a hit with my kids! They can't get enough! It's the first thing they want when they come home!


                Show Pony Hot Chocolate


1- 25.6 oz Box of Non Fat Dry Milk ( blend in food processor)
1- 21.8 oz container of Nesquik
1-16 oz container of dry Nestle Coffee Mate
1/4 cup ( scant) of Vanilla Sugar ( this makes it Show Pony!)

Blend the dry milk in food processor until smooth powder ( this removes all those lumps - my kids hate those lumps that don't dissolve if you miss this step)  pour in large bowl. Simply add Nesquick , Coffee Mate and Sugar --  stir well!! To serve...fill cup  1/3 to 1/2 full with  powder ( depending on how thick and sweet you want it)  and add hot water.
