                      Easiest-- One Pot Smokey Sausage Pasta EVER------- And SO GOOD!

1 Tblsp olive oil
1 lb  Smokey Hollow Sausage
1 cup diced onions
1 Tblsp of minced garlic
2 Cups chicken broth
1- 10 oz can of Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup of heavy cream
8 oz bowtie pasta
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese


Slice the sausage and brown in the olive oil with onions unitl lightly brown. Add the garlic and stir for a minute. Add the chicken broth , diced onions, cream , tomato sauce and pasta and bring to a boil , reduce heat to low - cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until pasta is fork tender but still al dente. Stir in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and stir and let simmer one minute. Turn off heat and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over and cover for five minutes. Serve !  SOOO easy !!! and YUM dinner before the big Thanksgiving cooking begins! Huge Hit with  ALL!

  1. Looks yummy! I always made buttered noodles for myself on holidays as the rest of my family was partaking in oysters prepared in many ways - I did not like oysters!
